Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Since Teasturbed blends are food, and the containers are customized to each order, we are not able to accept returns/refunds in any case. If you are not happy with your blend, why not it gift it forward? There is someone out there who will.

One exception is if the item is lost in the mail (and it has happened to me twice, so I know it’s a possibility) in which case you will receive a full refund, or a replacement Teasturbed blend will be mailed to you, whichever you prefer.

Refunds

If you are approved for a refund, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within five business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact info@teasturbed.com. But seriously, no need to rush.
